Peoples who have the Ruger American gen 2 in 308, what rounds have you found works best? I plan to be hunting with lead free ammo so whatever recommendations on where to start would be nice
Hunting Zone A South this year and wondering what kinds of things to look for for deer? Any tips or punters would be appreciated!
Just bought my first rifle, it’s a Ruger American gen 2 in .308 with a 20 in barrel. Trying find an affordable optic for it to get me out there. I am hunting in California and got my first deer tag. Don’t know ranges as of yet as I’m not sure where I am comfortable at. Any help would be appreciated. Sub $400 would be nice.
First time hunter and I just got my tag for Zone A. Hoping to possibly get a few pointers or tips for a better success rate. I unfortunately work a lot so I have to limited time to really get out there to scout and don’t even know what kind of areas to start scouting in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
