Woke up and it’s already at 268

I’ve been doing this whenever I feel like along w looping a subliminal I made on my own all day.
Have a good feeling sp is showing up not entirely yet but is showing up in more ways than just physical and I’m sure they’re only taking the time to think coz my affirmations are hitting them so hard
I’m already at 80k robotic affirmations but I’ve been procrastinating and didn’t wanna force myself to affirm but now I feel like doing it so I’m gonna lock in (strictly for the next 3days) and obv more.
Today is day1 im doing this to hold myself accountable and not forget or procrastinate more.
Day1- couldn’t affirm as much but reached 85k
But had better thoughts and more loving thoughts abt sp felt pretty happy. Sp liked my story but nothing out of the blue
Day2- also been kinda sick couldn’t affirm much at 88k rn, missing them a lot more today had some contact but not much. Cried and spiralled a lot coz I miss them but still have full faith and didn’t really doubt that it won’t work out. (Did have intrusive thoughts abt there being a 3p despite no proof of it)
Day3- just started but last night I spiralled really bad and felt like the world was ending. Woke up to a voice message from sp (which is a little out of the blue) feel much better.
reached 90k still really slow not affirming as much only when I feel like it. Need to do it from tomorrow
