Hey y‘all. I’m video editing a project, and I really need 8k support for it, since the clients display offers 8k. Currently, the video editing software REALLY struggles with 8k, whereas it’s totally fine at 720p or lower. I’m wondering: what can I do to optimize my GPU to get 8k working? I really need to get this thing going for my job…else my boss is going to beat me up again. I rock a GTX 1030 and a 8th gen Intel. Project is due by the end of the week.

Hello all, I'm looking for a 27” (maybe 32”) monitor for mixed use (programming, media consumption, reading).
Coming from an IPS with horrible backlight bleed, I’m looking for something that has good color (for SDR, I don’t need HDR since a lot of my use cases don’t have HDR support).
I tried the mini-led AOC Q27G3XMN, however, that made white text appear orangish on darker backgrounds. Even my white curser would appear as a light blood orange.
High refresh rates don’t matter too much to me, but preferably above 100hz. response time 1 max.
My budget is pretty flexible, 500 USD at the max.
Any help is appreciated!
