my 2025 mazda 3, a person hit the back of my car when i was shopping in the mall. i came back and they were waiting and even left a note indicating they hit the back left of my car. should i use insurance to handle this? or should i handle it with her individually? how much should i ask her if i deal with it individually? and if i do go the insurance route should i contact hers first or mine first? thank you guys any help appreciated!! 😭😭
