I’m currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Tech) role in Dubai (or remote).

I have 9+ years of experience in client-facing roles across customer success, marketing, sales, and account management. My most recent title was Marketing Manager, but if I’m being honest, the part of every role I’ve found the most rewarding has always been customer success, working closely with clients, understanding their goals, solving problems, driving retention, and building long-term partnerships.

I previously worked as Head of Marketing & Customer Success, where I managed restaurant partners and focused on helping them grow their business. That experience made me realize that customer success is where I want to build my long-term career.

I’ve been applying to companies like Mastercard, Talabat, and a few others, but I know some of the best opportunities come through people and communities like this.
