If you're not secure enough in your masculinity to get GRS then can you even consider yourself a man? A real man would be willing to get a vaginoplasty because they don't need a penis to compensate for their lack of masculinity. Also, a man touching a penis everyday is gay af. Touching a vagina? Most masculine and straight thing you can do.
