Runway with a pitch?

How come they don’t build runways on an angle or pitch?
Planes taking off could go down the runway and since it’s rolling downhill it’ll get to take off speed faster.
Planes landing could land going uphill which would stop them faster.
Nothing crazy - just a few degrees pitch?

Why don't we have any helicopter airlines anymore which ferried people around local areas like Los Angeles Airways?

My Wife’s Boyfriend Bought Her A New Plane. He Said I Could Polish It This Weekend When They’re Away. Any Recommendations?

Such a great guy, he said he’d take me flying one day. Those legacy pilots sure are good guys.

Why is this Boing 747 eating the airport? I thought they were strict carnivores. Has anyone checked whether the runway contains enough protein for a fully grown jumbo?

My tail fan hit a guy, am I in trouble?

Guys, I really need your advice.

I skimped on just a few inspections on my Robinson and my tail fan came off, flew through a door, bounced on the ceiling and hit some dude in the head.

Am I in trouble now with the FAA? Will I need to call some number? Is this why people told me to get a Fenestron already?

Please help me urgently.

This bird followed us from London to New York. What is the maximum airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

Do you guys know which airline goes from Qeshm Island to NYC directly?

Since it's now part of the US territories, I want to pay the mainland US a visit.

Whatever happened to pilots of Asiana Airlines Flight 214?

While landing the plane a seawall hit the tail. I hope the seawall owners were punished and the pilots promoted.

The aircrew consisted of three captains and one first officer. Captain Lee Jeong-min, 49 years old, was in the right seat (first officer position)[9] and filled the dual role of a check/instructor captain.
