Great new update
New update asking me to pre order MW4 when I cant even play the 15 year old game I just bought because of the overwhelming amount of hackers....leaves a bad taste in my mouth

At a loss
Pic 1 is the ask. Back door the basement floods (house is over 100 years old), getting an awning installed shortly to cover the entrance outside. Asked for a drain to route any water that gets through to the sump pump 10 feet to the right of the door frame. Sandbag as extra preventative measure for excessive rainfall.
Pic 2 is what i came home to. Plumber couldn't find "the tray" for the linear drain so this is what he came up with. Rained last night and was 0% effective.
I guess the real answer is stop the water coming in...but for the sake of the ask versus what was delivered, am i right to be pissed?
