Hello everyone, I went to a psychiatrist for the first time and was diagnosed with mixed anxiety and depressive disorder. My doctor prescribed me with the following medications:

- Trittiko 150mg 1/3 of a pill before bed (more if needed up to 2 pills) for as long as needed.
- clonazepam (Klonopin) 2mg if needed to help manage with anxiety during the day
- Clomipranil (Anafranil) 25mg. 1/2 the first week, then 1 pill

I’ll be checking back with my doctor in 1-2 months, but since it is my first time taking such medications I have a question:

- What was your experience and(or) side effects?

- How do I know if something is a side effect or just something else entirely?
