One of my IRL friends got me to start playing ow with him. Recently he got banned and claims he doesn’t know why. Here’s one of the clips he sent me to prove that he’s innocent. What do you guys think?!!!
This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I know I played pretty well, comparatively at least. However I have also played at least as long as to know that value is more complicated than just looking at stats alone. Grateful for any thoughts or tips.
I feel like there is a 1/3 chance every game that someone playing Ashe, Tracer or Soldier is destroying everyone and when I check replays they look a bit suspicious.
The overwatch team should punish leavers dramatically. My suggestion: upon the fifth leave their console receives a hardware ban. They cannot play overwatch anymore with the whole console
I started playing Overwatch again for the first time in a while, and honestly, Comp feels ridiculously easy right now.
As a veteran player, it feels like I came back and immediately started dominating again. Maybe it’s all the experience and muscle memory from playing Overwatch for years, but a lot of these matches feel way easier than I expected.
Maybe I’m just getting lucky with my teams. Maybe the matchmaking is being unusually nice to me. Or maybe I actually still have it after all.
Either way, I’m enjoying it while it lasts because I know Overwatch matchmaking. Sooner or later, it’s going to remember who I am and throw me into the most cursed, unwinnable games imaginable to balance everything out.
So today I get to celebrate the first time I’ve been given back a win due to a cheater in my game however after that I’m yet in another game with the absolute worst soldier ever with the most deaths, most kills and who cannot place his crosshair for crap or even position himself like any diamond/master player but suddenly tracks onto players when in his view
I’ve played this game since 2017 and I’ve never had back to back cheaters in 2 days before and it’s ones that are so obvious. Ideally I’d want to give the replay code but I know that might be against the TOS but trust me it was a painful watch.
i usually like to run qp with the role i’m starting with, but i must have some terrible luck with the people i get because its usually people way above my skill level leading to me just getting stomped on and not really being able to warm
up.
What the hell is happening to this game? It's the fifth game these two davs where i genuinelv am not allowed to play because of a leaver. I thought it ended vesterday (with the tank role picture) but my first game today I already got a leaver in second round.
We had already got 1 point on llios and then my soldier just says "i have to go" like you could not have waited literally two minutes since the enemywas weak as hell and we managed to stall to overtime both of the remaining points before obviously losing the 4vs5
Is it me? Am i being sniped by someone?

I know everyone is going to say I was cheating or gonna get downvoted to hell but still. These last 2 days I was playing nonstop qp and comp and today before the comp game started I got a popup saying "Unapproved peripheral detected" and then the game didnt get cancelled or anything, it let me play normally, then after that Im banned for 1 week from comp. Got an email saying I basically was cheating.
As I said these last 2 days I was playing a lot, Im a support main and was playing dps (soldier, anran and ashe mostly) and solo (the games from today after the last comp game I was playing with my duo on qp and she was pocketing)
You can check the replays which you can see are from these last 2 days in order (my BT is Mika if you see the replays, please dont roast or laugh for my awful aim or positioning/game sense Ik im bad) and before someone asks no, I dont play with anyone than my duo (i dont queue with someone else that might be cheating) and I use a gamesir g7se. Afaik bans are report based but if this happened to anyone else and appeal actually works please let me know. Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
In my 2 years of playing I came across my first qp thrower the other day. Match started as normal. Vendetta went in 1v5 and died instantly. Doom missed punch and flew off the map. I've seen it happen hundreds of times. My Vendetta then threw herself off the map 3 times in a row and blamed me because I had 200 healing within less than 3 minutes into the match as Moira. Sure I probably could have gotten a hundred or so more healing from a heal orb instead of a damage orb, but that won't out heal a 1v5 or the death pit. She also proceeded to walk straight into the enemy team once and then throw herself off the map a couple times more. I just left that match because it was early in the morning and I was not about to let that person make a negative impact on my day. I'm curious to hear y'all's stories about qp throwers.
No matter how much i change my sensitivity it stays the exact same, does anyone know how to fix this?
My left Trigger is very sensitive so even a little nod to the trigger will be pressed, this is highly annoying to shield characters or abilities.
This should be a setting but idk why they haven’t added this into the game, especially since Overwatch is very closely with Microsoft/Xbox.
Even other games have this setting that isn’t even close to The console scenes like Marvel Rivals

In all seriousness…this is what I am talking about. This is what people have been talking about. The game will be fine one second and then the next poof! I immediately joined back and saw that my Moira and the enemy team Bastion always lagged out. I live alone (mostly). I have wired connection. I don’t have this issue in any other games. Yes there are days where my internet runs like shit or malfunctions but I end up playing other games on that day. I was literally playing other games. I played Big Walk, Content Warning and Fortnite with a few friends of mine and hadn’t lagged out once. I don’t care about any one coming in here blaming me tell me it’s my fault. I’ve done what I could to avoid it. I don’t care about the “I don’t experience it so you are just lying narrative”. The servers are getting worse and worse by the season. The thing is I wasn’t the only one you dc’ed from the game either. I have no clue what to do I want to at least play. I can’t even do that anymore. I immediately stopped playing after that match cause damn. Please Blizzard fix something already. It’s becoming discouraging.
These genji settings honestly help me improve on him. Genji requires you to look, move, and shoot all at once which can be challenging if you have to take your finger off the joystick to jump. These are the setting I use to overcome the challenge of using Genji on console.
I was high plat-low diamond last season, BUT now im emerald. EVERY FUCKING MATCH its always 2-4 people (including both teams) that they really suck ass. Is it normal because of the new rank? Or am i straight dog shit.
I join mid game on a casual match, we lose badly and then this one teemate whos like an extremely high level starts talking shit. Im just confused as hell cuz bros going OFF on me.
