WHY do my games look like this

genuinely why are these the lobbies i get put into when i’m supposed to be on OCE servers. it’s driving me crazy. not only can i not understand comms in chat, but they’re all brand new. for some reason i’m just being put in these lobbies with brand new players in a server i’m not even supposed to be in. my matchmaking is fine when it actually puts me in OCE servers, and i get games with people on my level, but it just keeps putting me in asian servers and i don’t understand why.

the games are horrible and so unfun. either my team steamrolls or gets steamrolled. and i’m on console so i cant even manually change my servers like i believe you can on pc. please i’m actually so tired of it. it’s like this in comp too, but worse since again, i’m being teamed with brand new players and the games are all just terrible.

can’t change outfits on my second play through

i’m replaying rebirth and i cant change my outfits at either the chocobo ranch or any of the booths at costa del sol and i’m not sure why ? i’ve replayed specific chapters before this and have been able to change when doing that, but i can’t when playing from the beginning of the game. i’ve just arrived at costa del sol, but i’ve tried at the chocobo ranches in grasslands and junon and couldn’t there either

so i’m really wanting to play some childhood games, Spyro Shadow Legacy and Super Mario 64 DS especially and i’m wondering whether they were only on the original model or if they were available to play on the later ones too ? if so, what model would you recommend i get ?
