Rucking and gaining weight

Anyone here lift weights at the gym on the days they aren’t rucking? What program do you follow? Do you eat in a calorie deficit? Maintain? Or a surplus?
I’m currently 65KG 25M and trying to gain weight. I really enjoy rucking. Since I started my gym has fallen off considerably and I don’t enjoy it much. I’d much rather go out hiking in the rain than go to the gym.
Problem is gym and rucking go hand in hand. Build muscles in the gym so you can carry the weight.
Another issue is my calorie burning during my ruck. I easily burn about 600+ calories on these which is about 1 meal worth. Whilst trying to gain weight that’s not good. I enjoy rucking to much to give it up but it’s also making me lose weight. Any advice?
Following on from my recent ruck I posted my traps are quite sore. Would I benefit from doing some shrugs in the gym or is it just a case of getting out on the hills more?

Carrying 9.5KG

I really need to invest in a proper backpack for this. Currently using an American tourister one with a weighted blanket rolled up.

Sharing my street photos from my A Levels

I took Photography A Level in the UK back in 2017. The task given was portraiture but i wanted to go a step further and take photos of people outside of a makeshift studio. These are my final photos I sent to the exam board. They are taken on the Canon 1300D with the 18-55mm kit lens or the Sigma 100mm Macro. I hope you enjoy looking at my photos.

A fun evening. My first few days with the xt30iii have been great. Bit of a learning curve especially when dealing with the RAWs in Lightroom. They look very different on my PC. Super blown out skies.

Picked up an XT30iii + 13-33mm this week. 50 exposures at 30 seconds each. Edited then stacked into photoshop.
Took some time to get used to and I’m still not 100% sure on the editing process for RAW files they look fine in my camera then extremely blown out on my Lightroom. DR100 is set and I’m using the camera profile I shot with in Lightroom.

I had a cold about 1.5 months which meant I was using tissues a lot. The skin usually becomes irritated but fixes itself. This time it hasn't. Nearly 2 months later it's still like this. I've tried Vaseline/Aquaphor as well as my normal Cerave moisturiser. I've tried putting on my moisturiser first and then Vaseline on top but it also didn't help.
