Catering options in Ireland

Bit of an odd post, but as an Irish emigrant, I return a few times a year and stay with my siblings and their families for a few nights. The problem is, they are terrible hosts. There is never any food prepared by them, so when I arrive its always take aways, chicken rolls and sandwich take outs. This is honestly soul destroying after 12 plus hours of flying. I just wondered if anyone knows any companies that do lasagnes or decent meals pre cooked, perhaps Dunnes?
It seems in Ireland catering is something reserved for big occasions, so if people arent prepared to cook, its a case of take aways or rolls.

Risk factors after hernia surgery

I'm on day 21 post surgery. Still have acid reflux unfortunately. I'm thinking something went wrong with the wrap or stuture. Surgeon never said to not eat large meals, so me wanting to keep calories on, I had larger meals causing bad bloating. I was basically told eat soft foods slowly and don't cough, wretch or lift. Nothing about eating smaller meals. AI says it's a risk factor.

I underestimated the fundoplication repair

I'm 12 days after a fundoplication surgery. I noticed doctors and surgeons kinda play it down as a simple procedure. Honestly, it's been very rough. The bloating, the nausea, the restricted eating. I assumed bloating was just my stomach, but it goes to my upper back and neck and head causing pressure, my surgeon says it's normal. Plus, if you are into fitness like me, it could be 2-3 months until I can do a push up again. As a skinny guy, I don't have much weight to lose and trying to keep the calories up with soft food is a challenge in of itself. Then there's the depression aspect of it, the frustration and wondering if I'll ever heal or if the surgery worked. Then worrying if you'll damage the stuchure or the wrap.

Honestly, it's a tough ordeal. I'm lucky I have a desk job now because if I did manual labour, I'd be out for months.

Head pressure post op

Have this weird bloating that radiates up my shoulder to my head causing pressure. When I release gas it goes away. I'm 5 days post fundo op. Is it normal? It's quite intense at times.
