Paint my wedding bouquet?

Paint my wedding bouquet?

Looking for recommendations to paint my wedding bouquet. I loved the colors and chaos (we made them ourselves) and want to hang it in our place longterm. No AI.

Please share any links or referrals — price ranges very welcomed!

50hr cert or not worth it for my goals?

I am living in a more rural area of SEAsia. I will be moving to a major US city in 4 months.

I’ve been a dedicated fitness student for years (8 years Barre3 3x/wk, 3 years reformer Pilates 3x/wk, yoga and mat Pilates weekly). My current Pilates studio in Asia does not do any instructor training.

A US studio is doing a 50hour training retreat in SEAsia and my total out of pocket would be $1000 USD (including travel and all accommodations). I did verify this is Mat levels 1-3, includes anatomy, and discusses contraindications. This training is not a National Pilates Certification Program but I would get a certificate from the studio. The studio is under the Yoga Alliance and OHYA (for hot yoga) so yoga teachers can get CE hours for this training as well.

I am not in a place to pay more than $1500 for training. When I return to the US, would this certification be taken seriously/ is it worth the money?

My goal is to work at a gym (Golds, NYSC, Equinox, private boutique gyms) or other niche studios (SolidCore, PureBarre, boutique studios) parttime.

Thank you!

I know I know, I should eat more protein-heavy foods in the first half of the day but sometimes I hit dinner and my option is either:

  • eat a protein-heavy meal that meets my macros but puts me over daily deficit calories (499cal/day deficit goal), Or
  • eat a lighter meal (salad) that is low cal and low/ no protein?

Which is preferable for petite weight loss and muscle build goals?
