Finally installed a linux distro

Zorin OS is what I installed purely because I was always a windows user (I have a dual boot going on rn) and in the future after I learn what I'm actually doing, I will go with smth else that is not just click a couple buttons and you suddenly have penguin.

Is it just me or do people actively hate MalMeteor?

For context, MalMeteor is the mayor of Tu (Capital of Sumatra), and from what I know, he has a massive trap in a hallway. I have come to hate him simply for the fact he has a trap, and whenever he speaks in chat, I see people hating on him and it becomes a whole war in the chat. Am I just witnessing a small group of haters or do a lot of people despise him?

How to optimize roblox?

Roblox uses 3-4gb of ram, which is not ideal on my laptop, as it only has 16gb of ram. windows has to constantly use the page file, which lags the hell out of everything. i have all other apps closed but am still getting horrendous page file stutters. im on windows 11 if that helps.

trying to port my game to MS-DOS

I already have the code, but stupid internet cannot provide a simple free floppy disk image maker so i can test it in a VM and of course, the MS-DOS 6.22 VM does not want to use a CD drive. any free floppy disk image writers i missed?

edit: turns out my application just is not compatible with DOS even tho i wrote it for DOS. my compiler program probably secretly put some modern stuff in to make it impossible to read on DOS. Thanks for the assistance!

The Geometry Dash Reference Rules

  1. If you hear any sort of Geometry Dash reference (example: "omg that must have been a tidal wave"), you HAVE to beat that level no matter what.

  2. If you are in the middle of a task, such as mowing the lawn, finish up BEFORE you play the level.

  3. If you hear a Geometry Dash reference in an emergency, you have the choice to either beat the level or not. ONLY APPLIES TO REFERENCES DURING EMERGENCIES!

  4. If you do not beat the level in one sitting, then you have to shout at the first person you see for no reason.

  5. You get one skip pass on your birthday, and they stack. You are allowed to have 4 cards saved over the last 4 years, then if you go into a geode shop, you dont have to play Amethyst 4 times

  6. Any references in this rule list do not count, unless you want them to.

  7. Another way to earn skip cards is by beating any level of a demon rating on your own time.

  8. No, we are not gonna count levels like "Butt Sucker". They have to be either rated levels (you get stars/moons off of them) or have a demon rating to count.

  9. Be careful. At any point, you could hear someone talking about amethyst geodes in Minecraft, and you suddenly have to play Amethyst.

  10. You can have unlimited cards. That's it, no holding limit.

Just note that you do not have to do this, i was just bored and wanted to do smth.
