Shakespearean name: to be or not to be?

We’re expecting our 3rd child, 2nd daughter. Our first two children have very rare, short, beautiful Shakespearean names. We’d love to stay on this theme but haven’t found anything Shakespearean we both love. The current agreed upon front runner is Rosalind but it’s a bit longer than I like and neither of us looooove it. Here are my lists below that husband doesn’t like, so I’d really welcome OTHER suggestions please to broaden our options (Shakespeare-linked or otherwise).

Note, we’re UK based but are North American so we say hard ‘R’s. For example, I like how Arden sounds with a British accent but I don’t like how I say it.

Shakespearean list:
Lennox
Viola
Sonnet
Leonine “Leonie”
Luce
Silvia
Fife
Elsinore

Other names I like:
Pallas
Ione/Iona
Daphne
Ilsa
Leonie

TIA!

Length of mat leave

I’m not sure I’m a true HENRY, but I aspire to be. I’m moving into a new job at 27 weeks pregnant (they know) and I’m trying to decide what to do for mat leave length.

I know I’m entitled to a year but in the context of big new job and this isn’t my first baby, I don’t want or need that. What length would you take in my shoes? I’m thinking 4 months and then a graduated return. My career is important to me but not at the detriment to my baby’s wellness and development (and my health for that matter).

Edit: I’ll only get maternity allowance.

Pregnancy and new job

I accepted my dream job a couple of weeks ago and have signed the contract, etc. I’m now serving my notice period. I may be able to bring my start date forward, but otherwise that’s all moving along fine.

However, I’m pregnant and need/want to share with the new employer soon, before I start. I’ll be in position for three months at best before I’m due. It’s a quite senior position at a well regarded but smaller (<1k employees) tech company.

Any advice? How can I do this without causing too much commotion? What should I expect in terms of leave? I won’t be taking a long leave but what’s reasonable? I’ve mostly been liaising with recruiter, should I ask to speak to HR?
