Hello! I’m on day 14 of 10mg. Last few days anxiety has been through the roof, having trouble sleeping and staying asleep, sweating and also really jittery. Has anyone else had these symptoms? Frustrated and hoping these pass. 😞
Hi all! I’m a 55 year old single dad, divorced November 2025. My son is leaving for college in August ( only 2 hours away at least) and I’m in a super anxious state. This will be the first time I will truly be alone and I’m so scared. I feel like this anxiety will never end. Has anyone been in this situation before? Just looking for some support and advice. I have no idea what to do here. Thanks!
