Is the Artist Ultra 14 the sweet spot between portability and screen quality? I'm really tempted.

Been eyeing the Artist Ultra 14 since it dropped, and honestly, it's got me seriously considering an upgrade. The 6mm thickness and 720g weight are wild for a 14-inch OLED. Finally feels like I don't have to choose between lugging around a brick and actually getting good color.

Anyone else thinking about picking one up or already pre-ordered?

My roommates(24F,26M) keep asking to use my(23M) robot vacuum. How do you handle sharing smart home devices?

I (23) live in a shared apartment with my roommates (24, 26), and each of us has our own separate room. The cleaning schedule is: a person is responsible for cleaning common areas in a given week. The assigned person is alternated every week.

I bought a deebot robot vacuum to clean my room and clean the common areas during my weeks. It works like a charm! However my roommates want to borrow it in order to clean the common areas and their rooms as well.

The thing is, even though my robot vac doesn't require much maintenance, I'm still the one who paid for it. Besides the cost of the device itself, there are ongoing expenses like buying dust bags. I'm also not sure if my roommates would use it as carefully as I do. But I don't want to say no right away and make things awkward, especially since we live together.

For anyone who shares smart home devices with roommates, what kind of setup works best?
