Are apartment rents in Da Nang getting expensive lately?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking at apartment prices in Da Nang and it feels like rent has become pretty expensive, especially in areas popular with expats like My An, An Thuong, Son Tra, and near My Khe Beach.

For people living in Da Nang now, what is a normal monthly price for a decent studio or 1-bedroom apartment? Are landlords asking much more than before, or is this just normal now?

I found this Da Nang rent price report and wanted to compare it with real experiences from people on the ground:

Do these numbers look accurate to you? Which neighborhoods still feel fair, and which ones feel overpriced?

Any advice for finding a good apartment without overpaying would be really helpful.
