Is it possible to just nurse once or twice a day after EBF?

Due to severe PPA and anxiety attacks I've been put on clonazepam and the recommendation is to not breast feed or to only do once or twice a day to prevent it building up in baby. I'm heart broken about this but my symptoms were so bad I was becoming not functional. The medication is starting to help and im already making way less milk. Pumping just 4 times a day I get only 2 oz or so.

Does anyone nurse just once or twice a day and maintain?
My first I nursed for two years and after age one was just morning and bedtime and it was fine but it wasn't really important in terms of output.

Baby currently 3 mos old

To stay at home for 3 years or not?

I know that no one can tell me what to do. But I really need some Mom opinions on staying at home vs continuing to work part time.
I just had my second baby.
I work part time two 10 hour shifts a week in health care. So high stress and the end of the shift is typically a shit show. So I end the day flustered. I don't get a lunch break or pumping time I just "do it when I can"
I have a 4 yo who will still be going to preK.
I do have the option to start baby in daycare mid-fall and it's at same location as my 4 yo prek.
My husband works in health care too so our schedules can be hard to manage

My mind says I'm an idiot for giving up a part time job since it's only two days a week.

My heart says the time went by so quickly with my 4 yo and dropping him off crying at daycare was fing awful. So if I have the option to stay home for a few years I should take it.

Anyone here do something similar ? Doctors, NP/PA or nurses?
What would you do?
