Hello, i sae someone with this icon, how to i get this graves icon?

After two weeks of struggling to reach level 5, going back and forth, back and forth, trying to get into level 5, when I’m finally one match away and about 22 points short — how is it fair to match me against a level 9? How can this possibly be okay, when I have to beat a level 9 just to prove that I deserve to be level 5?
