Im currently level 12 cooking and want to boost it into lvl 20 so I can cook muujin bahari.

What is the best dish (relatively low cost/rarity ingredients, high exp compared with the amount of task needed) for this? So I can collect all of the ingredients and do the nonstop cooking party using that dish.

I want to learn how to count how many energy transferred. For example I want to extract 3 tiles of magma, each 1800 kg at 1600C. I want to change all of them into 200C steam. How many water do I need to use (asumption all of the heat from magma and igneous rock are extracted into 200C as well)
