Upper/lower vs full body

Hoping to start a new job soon (fingers crossed!) but the schedule realistically leaves only the weekends to lift. Would it be better to do upper/lower or full body twice in a row? I feel like my growth would be limited with 1x frequency but worry about fatigue training everything twice in a row. Any ideas? Cheers in advance!

Double paronychia before and after draining

I have a gnarly skin picking habit which led to this. The middle finger largely drained on its own after I accidentally crushed the finger at work. Both fingers had been throbbing like crazy. Don’t be like me, kids. Keep your hands out of your mouth! I was prescribed some antibiotics after they lanced me and they sent me on my merry way.

Constantly wishing social interactions would end

I’ve had this problem for my entire life, it gets worse as I age (I’m 23), and I wanted to see if anyone else has the same problem.

I obviously know that social interaction is good for me. I see my family and attend social gatherings because I don’t want to become a hermit. The problem that I run into, no matter who I’m with, is that for the entirety of any gathering I’m *always* thinking about how much I want to leave. It doesn’t matter who I’m with. Family, friends, anyone. Any time I’m anywhere, I always want to go home. Social interaction feels so painful all the time. Is there a way to fix this? Does anyone else have this issue?

Ran into an issue recently with this washing machine where it stopped mid-cycle full of water. My quick googling told me the lid switch was bad, so I took a peek and it had just… fallen out.

I’m not sure how it attached inside because I don’t see anything obviously broken on the now-loose switch. Is repairing/replacing this an easy fix I can do myself, or do I need to call my landlord to have maintenance come and fix it? I’m tired of washing clothes in the bathtub!

Almost 8 months post op, yippee! I’m very happy with how it’s going but thought I’d ask everyone a question.

It doesn’t photograph well but on one side of my chest I have stretch marks that run parallel to my incisions. I am right handed and that’s the side the stretch marks are on (which makes sense). My scar stretching has been relatively mild, but I find it quite interesting that my unaffected skin stretched as opposed to my incisions/scars. Did anyone else have a similar appearance of stretch marks? Did they fade with time?
