Why is the kitten doing that?

My 3-month-old kitten has these spasms (especially after eating). Since we took it it has never been particularly good with the intestines, but since we changed the diet (on the advice of the vet), and we started giving it royal canin gastrointestinal kitten, it has worsened further with frequent attacks of diarrhoea and this spasms so much that we decided to return to the previous food. We took him to the vet several times and no one was able to help us. More common parasites and viruses have been excluded. Thanks to those who will help me

Cat's scream

My almost 3-month-old kitten has taken the habit of getting under the kitchen while I prepare food and miaows insistently because he wants to participate or because he wants to eat. We have a tendency to ignore him if he has already eaten, but today he has suddenly produced a scream similar to that of a human, at much higher decibels than those with which he produces the classic "meow". Is it normal? I didn't think such a small kitten could produce such a scream!

Purr or breathe?

Hello everyone, my kitten is almost 3 months old and has been with us for about 2 weeks. He did the first check-up and the vaccines, he is treating an otitis but for the rest the vet said that everything is ok. I've been noticing for a few days that he often makes this noise, especially when he's relaxed. They would seem purred but they seem synchronised with breathing and often seem to be accelerated, plus it does so even when we don't caress it. Is everything ok or do you need another check-up at the vet?

Cat’s gender

Hello everyone, do you think this kitten is male or female? I know that red cats are often male, I don't know if that's the case. Thanks in advance to those who will answer!
