Where do I start?

Want to start playing the games, but I've heard people say there's multiple places to start? Most people said start with The Dark Descent, but I've also heard someone say Penumbra is the place to start. Another person said to start with Machine For Pigs because it's the "least scary" (I don't do amazing with horror but I've been trying to branch out)

Spoilers for S7:E16

Bit of a rant, but this show is so good and so abysmal at the same time. I love the characters that actually matter, the likes of Rick, Daryl, Carl even someone like Gabriel or Eugene is moving up my rankings, but I've realised it's because most of the characters at this point are kind of boring or lazy.

Janis sucks so much ass it's insane. Why does she speak in broken English?! The apocalypse only happened for two years, why would they regress to extremely broken English?! It's so annoying listening to her stupidity while betraying Rick. Negan is awesome, but before he was introduced there hasn't been a good antagonist since The Governor. Noah didn't need to die, Beth didn't need to die (that whole hospital arc was boring and lead to nothing but I'm assuming most people already know that lol), Tara's character has been declining over this season especially with the weird way they get rid of Heath in the most boring episode of the entire season and her weird relationship dumbfuckery, the list goes on.

I love this show and I'm gonna stick it out until the end, but did they really have to kill Glenn AND Abraham, cutting the "likeable characters" section by a decent chunk?

Spoilers for everything up to S7:E3 - The Cell

Decided to share my thoughts since I haven't done one of these in a while. Unfortunately I already knew that >!Glenn and Abraham both die to Negan!< because it's arguably the most spoiled event in the series. These deaths really hit hard, especially >!Glenn's!<. I hadn't been shown the scene up until yesterday when I actually watched the episode, and it's so much more gruesome than I expected. Negan himself is easily the most intimidating character so far, and the entire episode I was biting my lip. Eugene is also really cool, even if it doesn't lead to much I still really liked his moments.

The Kingdom is strange, but I really like Ezekiel opening up to Carol about Shiva. Not much else to say about that episode, Morgan is less annoying by a long shot, and Carol seeing the old lady in the house leading her to choose that as a base at the end of the episode is cool.

Haven't finished the episode yet but if I don't think I'd be mentally strong enough to mentally withstand the "Easy Street" wake-up.
