Just curious where some of you/people you know have gon and how's it going?

Pretty much that. The stories are there. So shouldn't need to go through them really.

But as prime example, the story of god Mary and Jesus. The basic story. People act as if it's "righteous" but do those same people have volition? Are they not people who are not mentally developed and extremely easily influenced by others because they lack any volition?

Because if you analyze the story with volition, god knocked up a 12 year old, he didn't marry her (sin). abandoned his child and let Joseph raise him(sin). Mary was a servant already at the age of 12 and god didn't seem to ask her she was more told she was going to carry Jesus. Then when god could've intervened in the wrongful accusations, torture and death of his only child which is the ONLY righteous being on earth he let him get offed and the "bad guy" go.

Like just THAT part. Most of the people I talk to seem to know. They just don't seem to care a single bit.

But them ask them if they would let it happen to their child and they get all defensive all of a sudden while some say yes if that's what god calls upon me for.

I mean theirs ENDLESS examples of debauchery like colonization, stoning women and children all day, genocide, slavery etc.

However there is ZERO positivity for ALL of humanity in the entirety of the history of religion. It's only been debauchery in real life and still is.

This person is "sane"?

I'm not sure any other way to ask it. But if you're literate how could you possibly believe in it and not be evil. There's literally never been a day in religious people's history where they have done anything positive for ALL mankind. Murder rape and pillaging is what the book calls for and that's exactly how it spread and the only way it spread.

Terrorism, including against selves, is an integral part of it.

Like how can you look your kids in the eyes at 12-14 years old and say someone/something should and is going to get them pregnant? That's when god got mary pregnant Why wouldn't boys follow same suit and be "godly"?

Would you torture your kid through crucifixion and off him when you had all the power in the world to save them and make a bad example out of the BAD guy who actually did it?

Do you look at your family when you read these things and say "YUP! I'd take all them out for "god" if so called upon".
