Documenting my 1 year progress on my account (didn't craft any cards or buy packs)

Hi just sharing some screenshots of my account progress to look back on. It's been a fun year; I didn't play the original Shadowverse but can see myself playing this for a long time.

One way in which I play differently from most players is that I haven't crafted any cards nor bought any packs.

I mostly just do it for the thrill of a draft-like feeling, where I often pull additional cards of the free packs that I can then update my decks with. This means I don't get to play with optimal decks but I can usually get something that still works quite well.

Folks might be surprised by how many cards you can get just through the daily and free packs, but I'm sharing my collection and pack points below as a record. I'm consistently missing only around 3 cards for collection per set.

These are my collection numbers and should also accurately reflect around how many packs they gave out per expansion - except for the Blossoming Fate set, in which I received 100 packs from the Park, but I spent 70 of them on them on the Frieren collab (and didn't get any leader :3), so net around 30 additional pack points which was not supposed to be given out.

I've gotten pretty lucky this current set (Chronicle of Destiny) and pulled a lot of legendaries already, but can still see all my collections are quite consistently only missing a couple cards.

In terms of total resources, I've just crossed 300k gold and have around 360k vials (without disenchanting any premium cards). This should give folks an estimate of how much progress and be made just through f2p and pulling daily packs. I don't participate in the weekly tournaments often and sometimes don't complete the daily missions, so theoretically could be bit higher if you're able to do so.

All in all quite happy with the game and the year so far. I don't normally play much ranked but for some reason with the Anniversary Take Two, I've been kind of addicted and playing a lot.

I'm only Master 3 and have never been Grandmaster but thinking this will be my first set going for it!

Anyways just wanted to share some collection stats and screenshots to look back on.

Have a good one

How much field time can S3 Hiyuki can use effectively without downtime?

Hi folks,

I'm considering pulling for Hiyuki (S3) on her rerun and would pair her with Suisui. I was wondering how effective the team would be with just the two of them, aka effectively no 2nd character.

I'm not familiar enough with Hiyuki to know how sustained her dps is, if she has key cooldowns, etc.

For example, I do play Cartethyia S3 solo often and she has some "downtime" for a few seconds each rotation where both her skill and ultimate is on cooldown. When I play her duo with a healer, that effectively removes the downtime.

I'm wondering if Hiyuki has something similar where her ideal sustained dps can be upkeep just with a healer (Suisui) or if it's longer and really wants someone like Lynae/Lucilla to fill in more time.

Thanks!

Anyone know upcoming events? Or when they'll be announced?

Hi just wondering if and when there will be events like the Ranked chest event or the Battlefest or the Guild chest event? Not sure if it's been announced or how soon they usually announce given the set just released

I've got a lot of packs I'm saving for whenever battle fest will be since those let me skip some grind but I need to be patient.

I also don't want to grind too much now even though the new set is shiny and all if there'll be a Ranked chest event since that requires a lot of grind in itself

Thanks

Is it easy to create alt accounts for the recruiting new player event?

Just wondering, I don't recall if there's a tutorial to go through or how fast/easy it is to create another account (and get to I believe collection level 5? to qualify) for the new player recruiting event.

Looks like there's a decent amount of rupie rewards from this so thought I'd ask, although I probably won't bother if it's not easy to start up new accounts

I'm a new player, I tried playing on launch as well and the game would crash similarly. I thought maybe just launch issues, but now wanted to give it another shot and it does the same thing.

I have the game installed through epic launcher.

It seems to crash more when I'm not doing anything, like if I leave it afk for like a minute not doing anything it'll most likely crash.

I assume mobile will be more stable but I'd prefer playing with mouse and keyboard.

Could always try reinstalling as well but not sure I really want to. Anyone experience something similar and found a fix?

Thanks

▲ 2 r/iems

Hi so I tried some of the budget recommended IEMs and purchased the Tanchjim Bunny and Tangzu Waner 2.

In terms of sound, to be honest they both sound good to me, but I've found the Tanchjim Bunny to be way more comfortable since they're smaller. I actually bought a 2nd Tanchjim Bunny so now I've got one for 3.5mm and 1 usb c dsp.

I don't have any plans in the near future of upgrading, but I'm wondering if I do decide to, are most iems closer in size to the Tanchjim Bunny or Tangzu Waner? Are either of them outliers?

Are there any recommendations if so that may be closer in size or comfort to the bunny?

Thanks

Hi I've only gotten into credit cards these past few years but already applied for a bunch of cards (all with no annual fee).

I've got like 10 cards now and am considering stopping here for a few years before revisiting to see if anything new has come out.

But before I called it quits wanted to just check if there are any cards that are already available and would be useful to have?

My current cards are mostly just a lot of 5% cards. It is a bit much to keep track of, and I haven't been using them all, but I figured they're at least useful to have.

My cards:

* US Bank Smartly - 4% cashback. I expect this to go away in the future but this has been my primary card for most things

* 2 Citi Custom Cashes - 5% on one category. I like that I don't need to select the category

* 1 Citi Double cash (just got this, will try to change into a 3rd custom cash)

* Chime Secured Credit Card - 5% on one category, also just got this, and it's nice since I use their Savings for quick transfers, but it is indeed less convenient to use than Citi Custom Cash

* Paypal Debit Card - 5% on one category, I don't really use this because it's also not too convenient, but have it

* US Bank Connect - Don't use this card but it gives me 4 free Priority Pass visits and TSA precheck just for having it

* US Bank Cash+ and Elan Max Cash Preferred - 5% on 4 chosen categories. I have these set to Utilities, Streaming, Entertainment, and Recreation

* Chase Flex - 5% on rotating category, just use for like Amazon

For FTF free cards:
* Fidelity Rewards - 2% cashback

* Capital One Savor - 3% on some stuff

So in total that's 11 credit cards. I'm just about done, but wanted to check if there's anything I'm missing before I call it

Thanks!
