Made chocolate cupcakes with a cream cheese Nutella icing for my friend's hubby's birthday! Topped with quick chocolate decorations and chocolate pearls.

I rushed making these at school so my results weren't consistent like I wanted them to be😭, but got close ups of the prettier ones LOL first one is a hazelnut chocolate tart, next is a tiramisu tart and the last is a Paris brest which is pate a choux with a mousseline cream

🍓Strawberry compote, streusel, pate sablee, and cream cheese mousse.

Had to create an entremet at school and this is what I came up with. It has a spiced streusel dark chocolate base with a orange chocolate jelly roll. A milk chocolate Chai mousse with an orange ginger insert. I topped it with a whipped Chai milk chocolate ganache, dark chocolate decorations, streusel pieces and orange segments pieces. And since we got to try everyone's cakes I got to take a picture of the cross section for yall!
