Dripping water from underside
This seems like an odd place to have water dripping off bottom. No AC running, but it has rained. Is this where drain lines end up?

I am considering a 2023 Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure Electric Twin Plus with 50k miles. On sale for $23k.
What should I watch out for? It is being sold today in Ohio at a Mitsubishi dealership. I’ve not had an ev before but own a xc60. What are the tell tale signs of a good options vs not?
