Correct my form please!

Just started trying to learn how to back squat, please help me with my form :)

F/30/5’2 [165>165=0] (4.5 months) Not seeing progress

Okay I’m crashing out, been working my ass off in the gym and feel like I have zero progress. I eat 1500 calories a day, about 100g of protein and lift weights 4-5 days a week focusing on glutes.

Please send help :(
