I have a GAM in a 55 gallon and just got four captive bred ivories arriving in the mail this week so she can have some friends.
Is it better to add new millipedes right into the big tank, or should I quarantine them in a smaller 20 gallon tank that I have, and if so, for how long? I don't want to stress them out.
Very basic question, I've been getting back into 3d beading.
I'm trying to make a geometric cuff pattern that needs 20+ square panels of herringbone/payote stitch, but the pattern needs them to be flat, and my squares keep warping then I try to tighten them, like so. This is with D thread and I tried with thinner thread too. Any tips to make the beaded squared tight AND flat?
It's been like 4 months of her digging out of this tunnel backwards, now her rear has finally emerged to the surface.
Question: probably need to change the dirt in the tank, will she be mad if that collapses the tunnel she seems to have spent months creating? If she comes onto the surface so I can remove her first obviously.
