Is it true that Division Agents are child prodigies?

Polestar!
You have to be dead serious!
Hey folks. I'm 38 years old and want to get into plumbing. But I'm as green as grass. From what research I've done, it seems that pre-apprenticeship programs are the way to go but the ones I've found all have a cut-off age of 30 years old. So I'm unsure what my next move should be.
I looked into Skilled Trades College of Ontario as that offers exactly what I'm looking for. I toured the Oakville campus and liked it, but online reviews are less than stellar.
Any help would be appreciated!
