PS2 Ports
Hey guys. There are a decent number of PS2 ports on the Vita, like the Sly games, R&C games, MGS2+3, etc. So how come we don’t get many fan-made PS2 ports on the Vita?
Is it just that difficult to recomp (is that the right term?) PS2 era games, or is it technically impossible for some reason. What are the roadblocks?
I know nothing about developing software for the Vita or development in general, so I’m sorry for the stupid question.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

Canon Powershot SX220 HS as a first camera?
Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy a first camera to learn photography, having done it casually previously on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I'm looking at a used Canon Powershot SX220 HS for ~$160 and from what I have seen it is one of the few point-and-shoots that provide good manual control under $200.
I need a point-and-shoot because I travel between Dubai and New York and a DSLR is too big and mirrorless cameras are generally out of my budget. I would appreciate some advice on this purchase and recommendations in a similar price range.
Questionnaire is answered below.
Budget: $200
Country: United Arab Emirates
Condition: Used
Type: Point-and-shoot
Intended use: Photography
End use: Personal/Social media
Subjects: Architecture, Cars
Features needed: Small footprint, manual control, reliability
Features that would be nice to have: Picture quality that matches the iPhone 15 Pro Max
Portability: Able to fit in a crammed suitcase or backpack
Camera(s) I'm considering: Canon Powershot SX220 HS
Camera(s) I already have: None
Thank you!
Point-and-shoot/compact camera purchase advice
I am an ultra amateur at photography, and I've mostly been shooting casually on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. However, I do really enjoy the hobby and I want to learn how to do it better.
I was considering getting a DSLR, but I split my time between continents as an international student so carrying it around wouldn't really be convenient. I'm now looking at getting a point-and-shoot/compact, but I can't really figure out which one would be best for me.
I am mainly interested in taking photos of architecture and cars. Ideally the camera would be on the easier side to use for a beginner, have decent enough quality to at least match my phone, and be under $300-400 new or used.
Thanks in advance for your help!
