OnePlus Phones Provisioned Wrong

Recent OnePlus phones (e.g. 11, 12, 13, 15 and "r" models) support WiFi Calling on Verizon and modern MVNOs (Visible, US Mobile Warp, etc...)

If you activate one on Total Wireless, it won't get provisioned for that feature. Total Wireless please update your IMEI / TAC database to support WiFi Calling just like on Verizon and modern Verizon MVNOs!

This needs escalated to level 3 NOC / Core Provisioning support.

RCS and Wi-Fi Calling Not Working

I'm using an unlocked OnePlus 11 CPH2451 on Total Wireless. RCS doesn't enable with error code 4002 and the Wi-Fi calling toggle doesn't show up at all. I've done normal fixes like deregistering number from RCS, clearing data/force stopping Carrier Services and Google Messages, etc... and it doesn't work. Was on the phone for an hour with support yesterday and got nowhere, in the end the rep told me it would take 30 days to enable... huh???? I've moved my number a few times between MVNOs and not once had this happen. Had no potential solutions for Wi-Fi calling to work either.

I have used this exact same phone on US Mobile Warp and Visible (two other Verizon MVNO) and RCS/Wi-Fi calling work fine. I have a feeling my phone isn't getting provisioned correctly in Total Wireless (Tracfone??) back-end system, so it's not provisioning my SIM/number for these features. But I absolutely need both them, which is why I chose to port to a Verizon based provider with this phone.

I know this is an obscure brand phone, but it was purchased directly from OnePlus and certified for North America. Some people on Verizon based MVNO have issue with eSIM WiFi calling but I'm using pSIM. Someone at Total please help me out here :(

Total Wireless Getting Better?

My US Mobile annual plans are ending soon and I'm interested in the $25 BYOP deal at Total Wireless. But I've seen lots of complaints about the port process and customer service.

I'm not one to need too much customer service once it's setup. Mainly I just want to make sure port should go smooth and I can setup autopay. One line is iPhone 15 and might update to iPhone 18 or 19 and should eSIM self transfer? Or easy enough to just generate a new eSIM with minimal hassle?

New Verizon Deployment Western PA!

Not a great picture I know, but Verizon is new to this site. I'm assuming it is on the bottom and had to be within the last week or two tops.

T-Mobile gNB 1082712
AT&T eNB 780327 / 785327
Dish gNB 34049562
Verizon eNB 541238 (not yet mapped hopefully shows soon)

I remember like 10 years ago when it was only Sprint on this macro
