In the US and price is not my biggest concern as I’d rather see her happy so as long as it’s fair and reasonable than I’ll grab it up :)

Why Are People Debating Naomi Being The Kings Scepter I can’t understand when it’s stated Scorpio recognizes her on a primordial level and if it was just him I could see it, but Kuragin remembers her too and says that her powers line up with what the Scepter was known for

We got so much information within the last 150+ pages that it makes it hard to piece together what is really happening and why. Such as Naomi, the Tenebrite Queen infestation, and learning she’s the King’s Scepter. We also got Scorpio ruining everyone’s carefully laid plans and probably the most powerful Ferula ever created. We also found out the Viridian Heart was conscious and aware of the Silverine Sun exploding. They have also been mentioned offhandedly since book 1

With the Tomb of Sadness destroyed and legends reincarnated such as Iulius, Moravius, etc such that the Archspire registers some 67k volts and as Lianshi said about Outliers, any guess who’s superior between the 2. How will Raugr handle the influx of students as well as how will it affect Acherzua on a primordial level as she seems to be “waking up” which could be in reaction to the Tomb of Sadness being destroyed as well as the mass incarnations

Acherzua is the Domain of the Archmagus and I say this because in every Trial we’ve seen not even a hint of Hell having invaded Eterra. He’s also been on the sidelines for too long to be slumbering like some of the Imperators which says that the Cradle and The Pit aren’t what we’ve been told hence why the Blood Ox knew of the Archmagus and didn’t just know him, but his vendetta against him seemed very personal which if id been told I was going to fight Hell’s denizens just to become one would peeve me too

I’ve been thinking why in none of the Trials when he’s doing his recruiting is there no scent of Hell having breached Eterra. All we have to go on his word that he’s trying to prevent a future calamity and the more we learn, things are definitely not just heating up, but Great Souls are “evolving” while in the Epilogue of Book 4 we learn Acherzua is “waking up”. The only thing holding me back is that its referred to as a she whereas the Archmagus is a male

I think it’s because of the thought about a “natural” born Great Soul was flawed in its conception as well as Scorpio having killed the Kings Scepter who I think will turn out to be Naomi. But than that doesn’t line up with a natural born Great Soul as Naomi would’ve come from Eterra which negates her having been born in Bastion/Acherzua. So I’m torn about the direction we’re heading, but I know I can’t wait!

Recently I learned that we’re in for a treat in the form of an extra 2 books in the Great Souls series bringing the total to 7 in all. What does everyone think about where the series ends and how the story will unfold? I’ve got a few ideas, but I’d like to hear your thoughts and opinions about where we’re heading and whether you like it or not and why.

I think that Naomi may end up as Infernarch. She’s already an equivalent to a Charnel Duke. The reason I say this is in Book 4, Leonis says Dameon must be one himself since he was flying. Well one of the first things we see from Naomi is her flight, but what stood out was that she could hover. I think Phil added this in to hint down the line that she’s broken through past Scorpio into Charnel Duke territory.

Also, I think she’s the Kings Scepter and that her and Scorpio have had a Romeo and Juliet type feudal love story for the ages.

Lastly, I think it’s a coin toss for who will end up the Infernarch. Wether it be Naomi, Scorpio, or them finally working in sync could be what’s needed to claim dominion over Acherzua becoming the Infernarch in a metaphysical sense and thus closing the Pit therefore creating a portal back home to Eterra

What I wouldn’t give to read a book or series about Nox and his adventures when not with Scorpio and Co. He’s thing best tangent about this series and I gobble up all of the details and information I can get
