Akai MPK mini 4 doesn't intergate well with Live 12

So I just got my Akai MPK mini 4 and tried to set it up.

Everything went good until I actually started to use it and I'll explain:

When I'm plugging it to my computer everything works fine, I'm able to jump from DAW to plug in mode

The problem start when I go to either Studio Instrument Collection (Akai new software) or Ableton Live 12.

No matter what mode I'm in, whether it's DAW or plug in, I'm able to play both the SIC or the DAW.

It causes weird problems on the Ableton Live which is where I try to mainly work.

Seems like the USB input doesn't understand that I have DAW channel and Plug in channel.

I added pictures in the links of the setting in Ableton and picture of the Mpk mini while connected. Also notice that sometimes the RGB of the pads are working, sometimes they don't and sometimes they just randomly pick all kind of colors..

Really need help guys I'm lost and want to start make music

Edit:

Another weird thing that happens: I can control DAW function (record, play, etc.) in plug in mode! It's so frustrating..

Can anyone identify those tokens?

I have absolutely no idea what game those are from.

I have the skull token in more than 3 different colors.

Is my computer specsfine for Live?

So I started to learn live 12 like a week ago.

So far (since I have a busy schedule) I only finishing up the tutorial. However, in like the recording lesson on Live I hear crackling and that's after I ramped the sample rate to the max.. the CPU is showing like 50% usagae from the lesson song.

So I'm adding the specs I think are relavent and if I need to add more please guide me, I kinda sucks when it comes to computer sceps and this is my first time trying to learn how to produce music 😅

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz (1.80 GHz)

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.87 GB usable)

Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce MX230 (2 GB)

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 (128 MB)

Storage 220 GB of 477 GB used

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

If the specs are fine, do I need to like formate the computer or something?

And yes, this is an old laptop (7 years old now)

Thanks in advance!

What MIDI keyboard should I buy?

So, I want to jump into the whole music production hobby, but the thing is... I want it to be a HOBBY. I'm emphasizing this because I don't want any expensive options or people saying stuff like, "Well, if you aren't serious about it, don't buy a MIDI keyboard." After researching this topic and understanding my needs, I've decided to buy a MIDI keyboard. The requirements are: easy to use by beginners, on budget (around $100) but still offering the most diverse options, and lightweight so I can carry it around. I came across the Akai MPK mini IV, which seems to check all the boxes. I was just wondering if there are any other recommendations. Thanks in advance :)
