Hello! I run a print on demand tshirt/wall hanging shop, I’m in the US. A buyer from Spain bought 2 tshirts that they would like to return due to them not fitting very well. I told them I would accept the return and they would need to pay return shipping per my return policy. I gave them my address, and they asked if they could just return it to the German address they received it from because it would be cheaper. However I would never receive the item back if they shipped it there? I don’t know exactly how the international shipping situation works as my items are shipped by Printful. What would be the best way to handle this?

I’m in the midst of a super tough decision and looking for input from others who may have faced something similar. We just sold our first home that we’ve had for over 10 years. It sold way faster than expected and now we’re kind of scrambling to decide on a new home. One is unique with an urban feel, close to all of our favorite things in the city. But it’s not a super great area, not “bad” just pretty hit or miss block by block, and we have 2 young kids. The other home is in a suburb outside of the city, great schools and community but the home is very bland, cookie-cutter on the exterior. The interior is unique and very nice though. We are torn. Any input is appreciated!
