I've decided to fast every Friday and every Tuesday midnight to midnight
I've decided to fast every Friday and every Tuesday midnight to midnight .. but of course the fasting period will probably be a little bit longer than 24 hours probably closer to 30.. I think this is a realistic fasting schedule that is doable and that is easy to remember and so forth..
right now I've done 22 hours so far.. and I have to wait till after midnight to break my fast..

there is apparently an ongoing lawsuit regarding an incident in Menlo Park California, and some guy got sprayed I think and now he's suing one or more auditors..Kind of looks like him I think.. I think they pulled the video from YouTube, but it looks like it might still be up on tiktok
