Macbook pro M5- BG3

I have just gotten my macbook pro m5 16/512GB
I tried playing BG3 on steam and it’s running great, however after about 8-10 mins it drops frames from 70 to 20 ish.

Any things I need to change in settings etc?

I think performing really well. They must have updated it or something getting 45-60 without a lot of shimmering!
