AMD drivers not downloading. No Wifi/Ethernet available

So I have a USB with my AMD drivers on it, but whenever I run it, it says the driver is downloading yet doesn’t? If I run one of the programs, it errors out since I have no WiFi or Ethernet giving an internet connection. All the barebones tutorials I’m finding doesn’t explain how to do it without those two things. Right now I’m copying everything from my USB to my actual monitor/pc files.

I managed to get the AMD Ryzen Master downloaded. Same with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition

Using:

Gigabyte Gaming B650 X AV V2 motherboard

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X core processor

Got a Radeon RX 9060 GPU. Help me build a PC around it

I accidentally posted again to the same subreddit why are the names so similar. Anyway

I got a Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16G for a real good price. However, I’ve never built a pc before and don’t know what else to do. I’m completely unknowledgeable about any parts or the like. If anyone describes it like I’m stupid in the comments, that would be greatly appreciated. Still, figured I’d ask here first before deciding anything else.

I got several things I want:

\\\* Meant for gaming. Baldurs Gate and Resident Evil Requiem, for example

\\\* I want parts that I don’t need to replace/upgrade for at least a couple years minimum. So part longevity

\\\* Something budget friendly. $1.6k or below for optimal “in my budget”. I got my GPU for $450

\\\* The only other part (CPU) I was eyeing was either a Ryzen 7 7800X3D or the Ryzen 7 9700X. I have no clue the difference between them, just that the price for the 9700X is listed as lower (from what I found. I also don’t know how it compares to the Ryzen 5 7600X (which appears cheapest of the three)

\\\* she don’t gotta be pretty. She just gotta work

\\\* I don’t have a monitor planned for it yet. Just one part and an unpixelated dream. Only need one monitor though

New build

• Only have the GPU

• Gaming

• US. I do live by a Micro Center

• one monitor needed

• $1.6k and below. Lower is preferred though

• WiFi

• no care for color, noise, or size. Whatever average is?

• Color/lighting none

• Any other specific needs? Nope
