Beware of Roborock Aftersales service
am in Singapore. I bought roborock curv 2 flow on 30 Jan 2026 and on 25 May 2026 its Drain actuator had an issue which needed repair. It was a nightmare reaching their customer service. Whatsapp messages unanswered. no otehr way to reach. kept on calling all day. by late afternoon someone picked up. long story short- by 6 pm they tell me that they cant repair before 30 May. on 30 May I will have this robot picked up anytime during the day . So I need to be at home all day waiting for them. then after 2-3 weeks they will return me the robot after repair. so, for next 45-60 days I need to wait for the repair of a robot bought 4-5 months back. On top of it they charged me SGD 30 upfront for booking my appointment.
On 30th May, I kept on waiting for them - no one came - messaged them and they said pickup can not happen today. We will arrange on 2nd June between 9 AM to 6 PM. ITS A HORROR SHOW as of now. Let's see how much torture remaining. Will update on how it goes and where it leads
