Hi all was diagnosed w gerd , Barrett’s And haitial hernia. 57 male. Started 20 mg pantoprazole a few months ago, seem to be having weird side effects in my chest muscles or my cartilage in chest? Kindve like electric current that moves around. Went to the gym Tuesday and it seems to make it worse . Could this be hers or hatial hernia causing this? I’m thinking thr panto bc it seems to have gotten worse since I started. Sternum pops once in a while. And sometimes get pain on left side of sternum halfway to nipple. Was going to stop the pantoprazole today to see if symptoms are still there . Anyone have similar from panto? Thanks
