Hi everyone! Not sure if this is the right place to post but have a friend with a 1 month old, and her birthday is coming up soon. She has received a lot of “gifts” from people, but they’re really just for the baby.

I have already gotten her something personal, but I would also like to get her something for her mental/physical health after having a baby. Anything to keep her busy or something to relax. If any of you guys have ideas or if there was something random you had that made a difference I would love the help!
