Imo it's a black kite, but some people on inat are saying red

Went on a walk on a hill and I saw some birds where I'm not sure of their ID

1. Red or black kite? Red is not common here during breeding season, but this one seems lighter than other black kites, but maybe it's just individual variation?

2. Honey buzzard?

3. Some kind of chat, female/juvenile?

4 and 5. Bunting. Idk if both are the same individual
