Help

Hey guys, I got a new phone, and when I redownloaded some of my cash advance apps like Cleo, Tilt, and Dave my cash advance amount was lower. Has this happened to anybody else when they get a new phone? I’m hoping it goes back up. I’m guessing that’s what it is, because my paycheck is the same as it always has been.

Hi guys would love some opinions.

I usually prefer more traditional strength training with sets (like repeating exercises for 3 sets), because I feel like I can really track progression and fatigue the muscle properly.

I’ve noticed Rebecca Kennedy does a lot of no-repeat style strength classes on Peloton, and I’ve been trying them. Sometimes I like them, but other times I feel like I’m doing so many different exercises in 30 minutes that I’m not sure I’m actually fatiguing the muscles enough for strength or muscle building.

It almost starts to feel more like cardio to me please correct me if wrong .
