Hi all, I am a B.A student about to enter my internship semester and I was wondering if a PDF is needed if you already have a website?
My professors say to have both, my worry is that my PDF will just be super long if I upload all my 4 case studies and my process and thinking it would be just so much to scan... Do I cut it down? Or just not bother with the PDF version.

Hey, I'm a UI/UX student and I built a browser extension that reformats webpages for easier reading. Mostly aimed at dyslexic readers but probably useful for anyone who reads a lot online.
You can change the font, line height, letter spacing, weight, tint the page background, bump text size, and auto-highlight stuff like numbers and key terms so they don't get lost in the paragraph.
Heads up — it only works on long-text sites like news articles, Wikipedia, blogs, that kind of thing. Not social media (would be a mess to reformat tweets and feeds, so I skipped it for now).
Free, no account, no signup — install and the controls are in the toolbar.
It's still early so there's rough edges. Would really appreciate any feedback, especially from you guys!

Hi all,
I recently came across a portfolio I really liked , super minimal and simple and a well established designer.
I love his hero section, he has a horizontal bar under the navigation headers which is common but also has two vertical lines left and right side of the website that come down the entire page.
Basically he makes the site more compact and easy to scan by decreasing the width of everything , it is a simple grid / line layout that I would like to copy but not sure if it would be considered plagiarism and I am just starting my career and don't want to have a bad start in this already hard market.
