I finally have found help, but it feels like people forgot to

throwback to almost 4 months ago (details are very vague, i know), i noted that i zoned out and missed instructions in class

however looking back i feel like i was overreacting and now i feel like this was caused by overuse of short form videos. but i don't use that much of my devices in my free time.

something doesn't add up, but that would be jumping to conclusions.

i have been through months comparing myself to adhd symptoms.

so more than a month ago i wrote an email to my school's guidance office.

they scheduled a meeting a few days later and i went (after going, i didn't get that much help).

they said they would do a check up meeting with me again a day before march break starts (spoiler, my dumbass forgot about it).

they replied a few days and they called in my mother and the vice principal and they suggested i get evaluated by a professional (i have no idea what my mom said for them to suggest that).

unfortunately, it has already been almost 4 whole months since i ever heard anything about an assessment.

i think i'm being too self aware and it feels like i'm noticing stuff that wasn't there before and after all that it feels like im lying to myself

last time i asked to schedule an assessment was a month ago. seems like my parents still have to check with their insurance company.

however, 3 months later, still nothing has happened, and to make it worse, my mother's dad got sick back in china and my dad is going there too, in a few days

i'd probably say that i had been only surviving at school by pure luck and previous knowledge about those subjects, my grades are dropping, i don't know what's happening anymore,

i keep feeling like the older i get, the more responsibilities i have, whatever this is, anxiety or something, it's gonna catch up to everything i like, my life, everything, it's going to fall apart.

can someone please, suggest what i can do?

after making a 2x1 base in a desert and after upgrading it to wood i logged off, later i came back to my base missing half of my house... at least whoever raided me kept me alive and left some of my stuff... wonder why they replaced my tool cupboard though...

EDIT:

i think they felt bad for me that's why they left some of my stuff...?

didn't even go through the doors like a proper person would 😭
