Some Questions About Monster Spawning

I've been working on completing the pet collection, and I'm only a handful away from finishing, but this stupid paratail is stumping me. I've been trying to read the starbounder wiki, but I'm kinda dumb so I gotta just ask for some clarifications on stuff lol

So, in a few places on the site it says things about how not every unique monster will show up (such as "They spawn alongside other procedurally generated monsters, so finding a biome does not necessarily mean the monster will be there."). I'm assuming this means that, for example, not every savannah planet will be capable of spawning a paratail? It has to happen to choose it from the list of savannah monsters, as well as the randomly generated ones, right? Or does it mean I just have to be patient and wait for it to spawn? I'm pretty sure it's the first one but I just wanna be sure!

Does time of day affects spawning of unique monsters? I know more procedural monsters appear at night but I haven't been able to determine if, say, paratail only shows up at day or night. And if it is affected by time, is it universal for each monster or is it randomized per planet? Could one planet have diurnal paratails and another has nocturnal?

I'm sure these are really basic questions, but I'm just having trouble figuring them out myself and understanding what the wiki's getting at lmao...

Arachnophobia mode

I think that’s the right flare…? Sorry if it’s not

I have a friend that’s terrified of Minecraft spiders. I’m not sure if she’s fully arachnophobic, but I figured some resource pack for arachnophobia could help her, so I’m looking into stuff like that

But I keep thinking it’d be nice if the base game had an arachnophobia mode that visually and audibly changes spiders and cave spiders to be less spider-like. Arachnophobia is a very common fear and spiders are very common mobs, it’d be nice if people that had that fear were able to play the game stress-free without the learning curve of installing mods/resource packs!

I’m not arachnophobic so I’m not sure what type of censor would be best. I’ve seen some games simplify the models so you can’t see the details that trigger the fear like eyes or legs, I’ve seen some replace the models with floating images or text, I’ve seen some replace spiders with crabs or scorpions… something like that in Minecraft would be cool to see!

I think removing the sounds would be a requirement tho. Even I get a bit disturbed hearing spiders scuttling around and hissing lol
