What is the process and how long does it take?

I'm gonna be honest here, I got an interview for a position that I am pretty sure I'm underqualified for. I keep telling myself they saw something in my resume and that's why they invited me, but I hate being in a position where I have to explain why I'm a good fit and I have nothing to say. The reason I applied is I was mass applying for generic [x] title without taking a good look at the job description. I feel like I wanna show up either way. But I cant help but feel like I'm wasting both our times...

Has anyone gone through this interview process and would suggest any tips/what kind of questions they ask?

I’ve been told the first interview for the software engineer 2 is in person. Is this normal and has anyone had this experience? Are they likely to fly me out if I’m not local?

Has anyone who interviewed/applied for this role or a similar on for the May cohort gotten an offer yet? I'm concerned because the start date is supposedly 2 weeks away.
