My Hair routine
Male here 20 . I have straight long hair ..
I was facing with hair fall and other kind of hair issue ..
Then I do this and it makes my hair super healthy again .
My scalpe produce a lot of oil so I barely use oil ( any types which I don't care )
I hit daily protein and other micro nutrients with proper hydration ( doing this make my hair health in 2 week )
I use scalpe massager every day and use mild or cold water for hair wash ..
It's super easy and super effective..
